I am an Event Manager, Sommelier, Wine Brand Ambassador and Export Manager – Africa Market based in Verona — Italy's wine capital. I create experiences that combine wine, food and culture, storytelling and contemporary hospitality, and I develop commercial opportunities and relationships between wine producers and international markets.
I work with wineries, Consortia, restaurants, venues, hospitality businesses and national and international companies to design authentic formats that move a global audience.

Management of tours in Italy involving wine, food and art. I also organize and conduct wine & food pairings upon request.

Through my collaboration with Freschi & Bufano, I work on developing commercial relationships and new opportunities for Italian wine producers across African markets.
My Ghanaian roots and my professional experience in the Italian wine industry allow me to combine intercultural sensitivity, sector knowledge and relationship-building skills to create connections between Italian producers, importers, distributors and Ho.Re.Ca. professionals.
I research importers and distributors, develop B2B relationships and connect with Ho.Re.Ca. professionals, creating commercial opportunities between Italian wineries and African markets.
My work focuses on identifying commercial opportunities, developing strategic partnerships and promoting the quality and diversity of Italian wine to new international audiences.
My goal is to build a concrete bridge between Italy's winemaking heritage and the opportunities offered by African markets, fostering lasting professional relationships and new prospects for growth.

I lead the Valpolicella Wine Excursion for Context Travel — a wine and food experience starting from Verona through the historic wineries of Valpolicella, with tastings, paired lunches and stories of the land.
The tour is designed for international wine lovers: an immersive journey through vineyards, family-run wineries and winemaking traditions, guided in English with the care and passion of someone who knows every corner of this land.
